Who Is Covered?
This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser. An original or copy of a sales receipt from the original sales retailer is required for warranty service. This limited warranty only covers products purchased directly from ReFridge.
What Is Covered?
The supplier warrants that CUES (the “Product”) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of no more than 2 years from the original date purchased which is considered the expected lifetime of a new compressor unit. (“Limited Warranty Period”).
We will not be held liable to you or any other party for damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to equipment, and accidental or consequential damages arising from the use,or inability to use this product. With installation of the Product, the user accepts all terms described herein. Installation has to be conducted according to the installation instructions.
What Is Not Covered
● Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use
● Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose
● Damage or failure caused by improper or unauthorized installation, repair or maintenance
● Product that has been modified, altered or installed then removed from any probe.
● Any product that is not sold by ReFridge. (including, without limitation, any non-CUES product that is used in connection with the Product).
● Events beyond our control
Returns Policy
Please contact ReFridge. for specific instructions. The supplier or manufacturer shall not be responsible for labor costs, removal or re-installation of any Product(s).
CUES complies with NSF P235 and all applicable requirements. Products appearing in the NSF official listing are authorized to bear the NSF Mark.
